TERMS: C.O.D. payment in the form of checks, cash, or money order is due upon delivery. Please make checks payable to Greenbrier Pet Supplies. A $25.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

TO ORDER: Orders are to be placed 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date, by 1:00 pm. Any items not listed in the catalog need to be ordered 2 weeks prior to your delivery date. All new customers will be assigned a delivery date.

CONFIRMATION: Orders placed by fax or phone will be confirmed within 24 hours.

MINIMUMS: A $250.00 minimum is required for all deliveries on our existing routes. A fuel charge of $6.00 will be added to all orders delivered.

BLACKWOOD FOODS can be exchanged for new products if it is within 2 months of the expiration date. We will not offer credit or exchange on expired food.

FROZEN FOODS: No returns or exchanges on frozen foods.
